Laughter
If anyone has ever really known me personally, they know I try very hard not to be serious all the time. Life is full of mundane and difficult times already. I try to take advantage of every opportunity I can to do some off the wall things just to laugh and lighten everyone’s mood. Not to mention most of us have a wounded inner child that has been forgotten about and wants to come out and play. Who cares what people are going to think or say?
I ran across this video and thought, “I’m sharing this on my blog today.” I, to this day laugh when I watch this video of my daughter and I being bored in a car. Life is too short and difficult to always be serious and stressed. Do something today to let that inner child out and I guarantee you won’t regret it. Take a few minutes out of each day and just enjoy some time with those you love and share the laughter. Heavy burdens can be lessened when your heart is lightened.
Just to be informative I listed a few fun facts about laughter below.
